We respect your privacy

• We don’t collect any personal information that isn’t absolutely necessary for providing the services we offer. We don’t require you to provide us with an email address.

• If you do choose to provide us with an email address or other personal information then we will only use that information for purposes directly connected with providing you the services that you’ve signed up for.

• We will not use your personal information or knowingly allow your personal information to be used for marketing or promotional purposes without your express consent.

• We will never, under any circumstances, sell your personal information to a third party.

• We may provide your personal information to a third party if we have outsourced some function to that third party (such as credit card processing). In this case we will only provide the minimum information necessary for them to perform their function and we will ensure that they also have an acceptable privacy policy.

• We collect and log http “referer” fields. These fields allow us to work out where our customers come from and assist us in planning our advertising and promotional activities. Referer fields do not usually contain any personally identifiable information - they just tell us where you came from to get to our site.

• We log IP addresses in order to track and protect against illegal activity, in particular in order to protect against credit card fraud. IP addresses can be used to uniquely identify a computer on the internet and we will use this information to help track down and prosecute any user that engages in illegal activity on this website. In relation to users who have not engaged in any illegal activity, we will treat this information as strictly confidential and we will not disclose it to anyone unless required to do so by a law enforcement agency.
