We’re so confident that you’ll love our Italian course that all our subscriptions come with a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you purchase a subscription and you’re not satisfied for any reason, just send us an email within 30 days explaining the situation and we’ll cancel your subscription and happily refund your money (see About Us for contact details).
Please note that all purchases are charged in Australian Dollars and all refunds are given in Australian Dollars. We do not make any adjustments for exchange rate fluctuations or foreign exchange fees charged by your credit card issuer. That means that if your credit card account is denominated in a currency other than Australian Dollars your refund amount probably won’t be exactly the same as the amount that was initially charged to your card.
The money-back guarantee is strictly limited to once per customer and once per credit card. That means if you purchase a second subscription (even under a different account name or with a different credit card) OR if you purchase your first subscription using a credit card that we have already processed a refund on then the money-back guarantee does not apply.
